中、西部长江经济带在中心节点城市带动下实现崛起——兼论武汉在湖北长江经济带中的龙头带动作用

Central and Western Yangtze River Economic Belt Rapid Development Promoted by the Central Node Cities——Case Study:The Role of Wuhan in the Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带新一轮开放开发和长江经济带区域协调发展已上升为国家发展战略,中、西部长江经济带需要快速发展和崛起。分析了中心节点城市在流域经济发展中的作用;以武汉为例,分析其在湖北长江经济带中的能级,并指出发挥武汉龙头带动作用的四个着力点是:发挥中心城市的核心增长极功能、发挥中心城市的产业协调与带动作用、发挥中心城市的现代服务功能、发挥中心城市的对外合作功能。

Since a new round of opening up and development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its regional harmonious development has risen to national development strategies,the central and western Yangtze River Economic Belt should develop rapidly.The role of the central node cities in the basin economy development was analyzed in this paper.In the case study of Wuhan,the author analyzed the leading position and role of Wuhan in the Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt.In conclusion,the study indicates that Wuhan should play the core growth pole function of a central city,play the leading role in the industry coordination,and play the modern services function of a central city,to promote the development of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt in collaboration with the domestic and foreign regional central cities.
