摘要 目的探讨IL-10和IFN-γ在支气管哮喘发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫法测定50例急性发作期哮喘病人、50例缓解期哮喘病人以及48例正常受试者血清中IL-10和IFN-γ的含量,采用放射免疫法测定血清中IgE含量.结果急性发作期哮喘病人血清IL-10、IFN-γ水平(13.3±105pg/ml;0.32±0.13IU/ml)明显低于正常对照组(18.5±9.4pg/ml;0.51±0.12IU/ml;P<0.01)。IgE水平在发作用哮喘病人(178.8±90.2IU/ml)明显高于正常对照组(87.8±30.3IU/ml;P<0.01),而缓解期组的IL-10、IFN-γ和IgE水平与正常对照组无差异;发作期病人血清IL-10和IFN-γ水平与正IgE水平呈负相关(IL-10:r=-0.4816,P<0.01;IFN-γ:r=-0.5125,P<0.01)。结论IL-10和IFN-γ在哮喘的发病中可能起重要作用,我们可以试图通过增加IL-10和IFN-γ含量来治疗哮喘。 Objective: To study the role of IL-10 and IFN-r in the pathogenesis of asthma. Method:The level of IL-10 and IFN-γin the serum from 50 acute attack patients with asthma. 50 remissionpatients with asthma and 48 healthy subjects was determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The level of IgE in the serum was detectedusing radioimmunoassay. Result:The level of IL-10 and IFN-γ(13. 3±10. 5pg/ml: 0. 32 ± 0. 13IU/ml) in acute attack patients with asthma was lower than that (18. 5 ± 9. 4pg/ml: 0. 51 ± 0. 12IU/ml, P<0. 01) in healthy subjects. the level of IgE (178. 8±90. 2IU/ml) in acute attackpatients with asthma was higher than that (87. 8 ± 30. 3IU/ml, P<0. 01) in healthy sujects. Compparing thelevels of IL-10. IFN-γ and IgE. there were no statistically significant differences (P>0. 05) betweenremssion patients with asthma and healthy subjects. The level of IL-10 and IFN-γ had negativecorrelation with that of IgE in acute attack patients (IL-10: r=-o. 4816, P<0. 01: IFN-γ: r=-0. 5125, P<0. 01).Conclusion:IL-10 and IFN-γmay play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. The asthma canhe treated by increasing level of IL-10 and IFN-γ.
