34例中风后癫痫样发作的临床分析

文章收集了经CT等确诊的中风合并癫痫样发作者34例。对其中风后癫痫样发作的时间、发作类型与各类脑血管病乃病变部位的关系均作了分析。认为癫痫样发作在病后半年内常见．皮层损害是中风后癫痫样发作的重要条件．应视为致痫的危险因子。中风后癫痫治疗效果较好。

The author collected 34 patients with stroke complicated with epileptoid attacks. Thestudy analyzed the correlation between the attack time, types and various cerebrovascular diseasesand the affected regions. The result showed that commonly epileptoid attacks occur half a year afterstroke and that cortex lesion plays an important role in epileptoid attacks after stoke andtherefore is considered a dangerous factor. The effect of the treatment is good.
