企业职工工作倦怠的因素分析及应对策略

摘要 企业职工在现代企业改革发展过程中面临着许多新的挑战,其中,由工作压力转化成工作倦怠的现象就是一种客观存在,而且它严重影响着职工的心理和生理健康,影响着青年职工队伍的稳定,影响着企业工作效率的提高。在对影响企业职工工作倦怠因素分析的基础上,提出了认知调适,情绪调适、行为调适、组织调适等缓解和控制企业职工工作倦怠的应对策略。
