摘要
ERP系统使用过程中,企业组织内"非技术"要素起着协调系统与现有资源的关键作用.本文从组织的视角出发,基于中国数据研究组织变革与高层领导支持要素在ERP系统使用过程中对企业绩效的影响及其作用机制.利用结构方程模型方法对数据进行了统计分析.结果发现,ERP系统使用程度对企业业务流程效率和企业业绩都有积极影响,其中流程效率起到部分中介的作用;组织变革与高层领导支持在ERP系统使用过程中都对企业的业绩产生了积极的促进作用.组织变革通过影响ERP的使用来影响流程效率,进而影响企业业绩;而高层管理支持则通过同时影响ERP使用和流程效率来影响企业业绩.
During the usage of ERP systems,non-technical factors play important roles by coordinating the system and resources in an organization.From an organizational point of view,this paper studies how organizational change and senior management support influence firm performance.We obtained survey data from 115 firms and analyzed it with Structural Equation Model.The findings are as follows: ERP usage influences process efficiency and firm performance,with process efficiency as a partial mediating effect;both organizational change and senior management support have impacts on firm performance,the difference is that organizational change influences ERP usage and firm performance with process efficiency as a mediator,while senior management support affects ERP usage and process efficiency simultaneously.
