谷朊粉添加量对交联羧甲基玉米淀粉基包装膜特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶液共混流延工艺,制备了谷朊粉/交联羧甲基玉米淀粉复合包装膜。通过单因素试验和综合评分法,研究了谷朊粉添加量对交联羧甲基玉米淀粉基复合膜力学性能、透光性能、透氧性能、透湿性能、封合性能、保湿性能以及溶解性能的影响。结果表明:添加一定量的谷朊粉可以提高复合膜的机械性能和阻隔性能;谷朊粉的质量分数为10%时,复合包装膜的综合性能最优,可用于食品调味料或豆(奶)粉等粉剂的包装。 The cross-linked carboxymethyl corn starch(CCMS)/wheat gluten(WG) composite packaging film was successfully prepared by solution blending casting technique.The effect of added amount of wheat gluten on the mechanical property,optical transmission,oxygen transmission property,water vapour transmission,sealing strength,moisture retention and solubility of composite film of CCMS were studied by means of single factor experiment and comprehensive scoring.The results show that the mechanical properties and barrier property of packaging film can be improved with the added amount of wheat gluten.When the mass fraction of wheat gluten was 10%,the comprehensive performance of CCMS /WG packaging film was optimum,and it can be used for the package of food flavouring agent,soybean powder or milk powder.
