摘要 分析了当前传统冷链物流行业绝热包装物的缺点,并针对其缺点提出了使用一种新型"三明治"夹心真空绝热板结构做绝热材料制作包装物。该真空绝热板结构由上下2层真空覆膜与一多孔形状的骨架紧密结合而成,在其内部形成许多均匀、气密性良好的型腔,将型腔内空气抽净后形成内部高真空,有效阻隔气体产生的热对流;该板材同时满足性能良好、成本低廉、快速消耗及高环保的制作要求,是一种新型环境友好型保温包装材料。 The authors analyzed the defect of the present heat insulation package in traditional cold chain logistics industry,and put forward the use of a new "sandwich" vacuum insulation board structure as heat insulating material for making package.The vacuum insulation board is composed of two layers of vacuum coating closely combined with a porous framework.There are lots of uniform and airtight cavities in it,and fine vacuum can be formed in it after thoroughly pumping the air in cavities,so as to effectively block the heat convection produced by gas;Meanwhile,the plate meets the production requirements of good performance,low cost,rapid consumption and excellent environmental protection,and it is a kind of environment-friendly head-insulating packaging material.
