摘要
针对光纤密排斜排的角度的安装调试效率低,而角度偏离会直接影响成像质量的情况,建议将激光光纤斜排设计成直排,水平排列成2排,上下交错各16路。既解决了成像光点之间出现的间隙问题,又避免了因角度偏差带来的制版质量问题,且结构简单,成本低廉。带状光阀技术成像清晰、分辨率高、速度快、制版质量好,在国内还有待开发。
Aimed at the low efficiency in installation and debugging of oblique arrangement angle in dense fiber,in which the deviation of angle might directly affect the imaging quality,it is suggested to change oblique arrangement of dense fiber into linear arrangement,it shall be arranged into two lines with respective 16 staggered upper and lower strips.It not only solves the problem of gap imaging light spot,but also avoids the problem of platemaking quality caused by angle deviation,the structure is simple and the cost is low.The imaging of GLV technology is clear with high resolution,quick speed and good platemaking quality,and it is expected to be developed in China.
