摘要 综述了时间温度指示器(TTI)在低温流通食品包装中的研究现状及其应用,其中重点介绍了扩散型、化学型、酶型、微生物型及其他一些新型的TTI,并分析了TTI在实际应用中所受到的制约因素。 The authors summarized the development and application of time-temperature indicator(TTI) for package of food in low temperature distribution,emphatically introduced diffusion type,chemical type,enzyme type,microbe and some other new type of TTI,and analysed the restrictive factors on TTI in the practical application.
