摘要 在外加电压为0.2 V时,通过偶合α-萘酚在一支电极上的氧化和氧化铂在另一支电极上的还原两个不可逆电极过程,构建了双安培法直接检测α-萘酚的新方法。在pH5.33的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,测得α-萘酚的氧化电流与其浓度在8.0×10-6~8.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9927,n=9),检出限为2.0×10-6mol/L。连续30次测定1.0×10-5mol/L的α-萘酚,其峰电流RSD为2.6%,常用药物赋形剂和无机离子均不干扰α-萘酚的测定。方法已用于摸拟样中α-萘酚含量的测定。 Based on the flow injection-biamperometry for an irreversible couple system,a method has been established for the determination of α-Naphthol in this paper.Using two preanodized platinum electrodes,the biamperometric detection system was developed by coupling the oxidation of α-Naphthol at one Pt electrode and reduction of platinum oxide(PtO) at the other,under the applied potential difference of 0.2 V,the linearity between current and α-Naphthol concentration was obtained over the range of 8.0×10-6~8.0×10-4mol/L(r=0.9927,n=9) with the detection limit of 2.0×10-6 mol/L in the pH 5.33 B-R buffer solution.The relative standard derivation of 2.6% was obtained for 30 successive determinations of 1.0×10-5 mol/L α-Naphthol.The method was used to determine α-Naphthol in a simulated sample with satisfactory results.
