摘要
在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,研究了沙丁胺醇(SAL)在碳糊电极(CPE)上的电化学行为,建立了一种电化学测定方法。SDBS使SAL的氧化峰电位负移151 mV,峰电流提高近3倍。在优化的实验条件下,用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定SAL线性范围为6.0×10-7~2.0×10-4mol/L,检出限1.2×10-7mol/L。
In the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),a sensitive electrochemical method for the determination of salbutamol(SAL) was proposed on the basis of the electrochemical response of SAL at a carbon paste electrode.The results indicated that the electrochemical responses of SAL were apparently improved by SDBS and the peak potential is shifted by 151 mV in the negative direction.Under the optimized conditions,the oxidation peak currents of SAL versus its concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 6.0×10-7 ~ 2.0×10-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 1.2×10-7 mol/L by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The proposed method can be applied to the determination of SAL.
