COKE BURNING DURING REGENERATION OF Fe-ZSM-5 ZEOLITE CATALYST

摘要 在热重分析仪上进行结焦失活的Fe-ZSM-5分子筛积炭催化剂再生烧炭实验,考察再生温度、O2体积分数、体积空速及再生时间对烧炭过程的影响。结果表明,失活Fe-ZSM-5催化剂较适宜的烧炭工艺条件为烧炭温度550℃、O2体积分数10%~15%,体积空速3000 h-1,烧炭时间60 min。由此得到了再生烧炭的表观动力学方程及其相关的动力学参数。 The regeneration of coked Fe-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was studied in a thermogravimetric apparatus.The effects of regeneration temperature,O2 concentration,gas hour space velocity and regeneration time on the coke-burning process were investigated,respectively.The results showed that the optimum conditions for coke burning of the coked catalyst were the temperature of 550℃,O2 volume fraction of 10%~15%,gas hour space velocity of 3000 h-1 and regeneration time of 60 min.Coke burning kinetic equation and related kinetic parameters in catalyst regeneration were obtained.
