摘要
以SbCl3和SnCl2为氧化剂、Zn粉为还原剂、丙三醇为溶剂合成了金属间化合物SbSn,采用XRD、粒径分析仪、SEM和TEM等手段对材料体相结构、粒径和形貌进行表征。以SbSn合金粉体为介质,对m(Water)/m(Oil)为20/80的原油乳液进行动态脱硫。结果表明,当n(SbCl3)/n(SnCl2)为1.15时,制备的产物几乎为纯相SbSn合金。氧化剂浓度越低,合成所得SbSn合金粉体的粒径越小,直至达到纳米尺度。SbSn合金的表观形貌为"鱼骨架"。无加载电压条件下,粒径变化对原油脱硫率没有影响;当加载电压增大,粒径越小,原油脱硫率增加越明显。当SbSn合金粉体的粒径为190 nm、加载电压为10.35 V时,原油脱硫率可达到20.65%。
SbSn intermetallic compound was synthesized by using SbCl3 and SnCl2 as oxidant,Zn powder as reducer,glycerin as solvent.The bulk structure,particle size and morphology of the synthesized SbSn intermetallic compound were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and particle analyzer.When the mole ratio of SbCl3 to SnCl2 was 1.15,the synthesized product was almost pure SbSn alloy.The lower the concentration of oxidant,the smaller the particle size was,till to nanometer.The morphology of the SbSn alloy was "fishbone frame".The dynamic desulfurization process of crude oil emulsion(m(Water)/m(Oil) was 20/80) was carried out with the SbSn powder as working medium.The results showed that the variation of particle size had no influence on desulfurization rate of crude oil without loading voltage.The desulfurization rate of crude oil improved obviously,as the loading voltage was increased and the particle size reduced,respectively.When the SbSn alloy with the particle size of 190 nm was used,the loading voltage was 10.35 V,the desulfurization rate of crude oil reached 20.65%.
