Independent management of department-based medical records in control of hospitalization cost of patients with medical insurance

目的应用分科定档方法控制医疗保险住院费用。方法依据北京市医保指定标准和我院各科既往费用,制定出科室的自费比和次均费用,并采取新的管理措施。结果分科定档有效降低了医疗保险的次均费用和自费比的增长率。结论分科定档是控制医疗保险住院费用的有效方案。

Objective To control the hospitalization cost of patients with medical insurance by independent management of department-based medical records.Methods According to the standards established by Beijing Medical Insurance Center and the hospitalization cost of patients with medical insurance in different departments of our hospital,we worked out the cost ratio and the average self pay rate of each hospitalized patient with new management measures implemented.Results Independent management of department-based medical records could effectively decrease the growth rate of the average cost and self pay of each hospitalized patient.Conclusion Independent management of department-based medical records is an effect measure to control the hospitalization cost of patients with medical insurance.
