摘要
教师培训是促进教师专业发展的有效途径之一。在传统的教师培训中,教师作为培训生态中的学习者,只被当作"被培训者",是培训的"旁观者"而非"参与主体",处于消极被动状态,其主体意识和主体价值无法得到彰显。而基础教育课程改革要求教师无论在教育理念、教学行为,还是在教师角色等方面都需要切实转变,要完成这一转变,需要作为学习者的教师在培训中真正确立主体意识,彰显主体价值。
Teacher training is an effective way of teacher development. In traditional teacher training,a teacher was treated as a trainee rather than a participation in the activity of training. Teachers were passive and negative without any subjective consciousness and subject value. However, in accordance with the reform of basic education curriculum, teachers should change their educational philosophy, teaching behaviors and roles. In order to complete this transformation, teachers should establish both subjective consciousness and subject value in teacher training.
