摘要
国外教师教育者职业资质研究主要集中于三个方面:一是教师教育者的功能;二是教师教育者的专业知识构成;三是教师教育者的职业资格标准。高等教育的教师教育者承担着提升教师水平,推动教育研究以及对教师资格把关等职责。教师教育者应该具备的专业技能是:用清楚明确的语言表征私人化的内隐知识;通过实践向教师学员阐述和传递他们对教师相关专业知识的理解。国外研究对教师教育者的职业资格标准、双重身份等问题的讨论存在较多分歧,这些研究可以对我国高等教育教师教育者的相关研究提供借鉴。
Foreign researches on college teacher educators" qualifications were focused on three aspects: (1) functions of teacher educators; (2) knowledge structures of teacher educators; (3) professional qualifications of teacher educators. Teacher educators in higher education were expected to facilitate teacher development, educational research and assess teacher qualification. Teacher educators should be able to express personal tacit knowledge with explicit words as well as articulate education related professional knowledge to teachers through practice. Disagreements surrounding teacher educators" qualifications and double identity in foreign researches could be used for reference to our researches on teacher educators in higher educaiton.
