中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效观察

Observations of curative efficacy on treatment for chronic insufficiency of renal functions with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的：观察中西医结合四联疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的疗效。方法：对５１例ＣＲＦ患者（治疗组）采用益肾汤、中药灌肠、穴位注射、前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）静脉给药四联疗法，与单纯ＰＧＥ１静滴对照组（４７例）进行疗效比较，同时比较２组治疗前后血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）、肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）和血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）变化。结果：治疗组用药后ＢＵＮ和ＳＣｒ明显下降〔ＢＵＮ从（２４．４１±１２．１３）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至（１３．５３±５．３９）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＳＣｒ从（５４７．７０±１３９．０３）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至（２２９．０６±１０３．６３）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ均＜０．０１〕；ＣＣｒ和Ｈｂ明显升高〔ＣＣｒ从（１９．９５±８．６４）ｍｌ·ｓ－１·１．７３ｍ－２升至（３１．６２±６．０３）ｍｌ·ｓ－１·１．７３ｍ－２，Ｈｂ从（７６．９５±１０．９１）ｇ／Ｌ升至（９４．４０±８．１７）ｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ均＜０．０１〕。对照组用药后除ＳＣｒ显著降低外〔从（５１１．３６±１３１．１０）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至（３３２．４３±１２６．６０）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１〕，余均无明显改变（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。２组治疗后各项指标比较，Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０?

Objective:To observe the curative efficacy in treating chronic renal failure(CRF) with therapeutic method of four combination.Methods:51 cases with CRF (treatment group) were treated with so called four combinations,including Yishen Decoction,Chinese medicine enema,point injection and prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) infused intravenously.The comparison between treatment group and control group ( n =47) which was treated with PGE 1 alone was carried out.At the same time the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),creatinine clearance rate(CCr),and hemoglobin(Hb) were compared.Results:After using drugs the BUN and SCr were significantly depressed BUN from (24 41±12 13)mmol/L to (13 53±5 39)mmol/L,SCr from (547 70±139 03)μmol/L to (229 06±103 63)μmol/L,all P <0 01 ,but the CCr and Hb were significantly elevated CCr from(19 95±8 64)ml·s -1 ·1 73 m -2 to (31 62± 6 03)ml·s -1 ·1 73 m -2 ,Hb from (76 95±10 91)g/L to (94 40±8 17)g/L,all P <0 01 in treatment group. Otherwise in control group after using drugs except that SCr was significant depressed from (511 36± 131 10)μmol/L to (332 43±126 60)μmol/L, P <0 01 ,all of the others had no significant changes (all P >0 05).In comparison between two groups after therapy in every parameters the changes were significant( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:It is effectively therapeutic method for CRF to use the therapeutic method of four combination of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
