摘要
目的:分析血液灌流治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的临床疗效。方法:将15例过敏性紫癜患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组采用抗生素与抗过敏药物等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用血液灌流治疗。对两组患儿的疗效进行分析比较。结果:治疗3d后判定疗效。15例患儿中,5例施行了血液灌流的治疗,皮疹消退,无复发,腹痛明显减轻,血管神经性水肿减轻,疗效满意。10例患儿常规治疗,皮疹消退缓慢,疗效明显不如前者。结论:血液灌流治疗后患儿病程明显缩短,过敏性紫癜肾炎的发病率明显降低。
Objective To analyze the blood perfusion treatment for Children with clinical efficacy.Methods 15 children with HSP,divided into two groups according to treatment and control group were treated with antibiotics and allergy drug,conventional treatment,control group application on this basis hemoperfusion.The effect on the two children were compared.Results After assessment of the efficacy 3 d.15 cases,5 patients underwent the blood perfusion in the treatment of skin rash subsided without recurrence,significantly reduced abdominal pain,angioneurotic edema,results were satisfactory.10 cases of children with conventional therapy,skin rash subsided slowly,curative effect than the former.Conclusion The blood perfusion after treatment was significantly shorter duration in children,allergic purpura nephritis significantly reduced the incidence.
