乳腺肿瘤鉴别中超声诊断价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法:采用超声成像技术对132例乳腺实质性肿瘤进行超声检查,与术后病理结果对比。结果:超声能更逼真地提供乳腺肿块及肿块内血管的多少、走行的立体形态学特点,为乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断提供了更多依据。结论:彩色多普勒在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of color Doppler in breast cancer diagnosis.Methods To examine 132 patients with breast tumor by ultrasonic imaging and make a comparative study of pathological results.Results Ultrasonic imaging can provide a more realistic presentation of breast tumor,blood vessels within the tumor,course of the 3D morphology for the diagnosis of breast cancer,providing more basis for breast cancer diagnosis.Conclusion Color Doppler has a practically clinical value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
