摘要
目的：探讨抗感宁的镇痛作用。方法：采用小鼠热板法、大鼠甩尾法及大鼠尾尖压痛法分别给予抗感宁、阿斯匹林和等容生理盐水（对照）后，观察痛阈潜伏期的变化。结果：大、中、小剂量的抗感宁和阿斯匹林对小鼠痛阈潜伏期与生理盐水相比有明显提高；同时，大剂量抗感宁与阿斯匹林相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。结论：抗感宁对鼠具有较好的镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the analgesic effect of Kang Ganning.METHOD:Hot-plate method for mouses,tail pressing and tail flick method for rats were used to check pain threshold after rats and mouse were administered Kang Ganning,aspirin and normal saline respectively.The results were analysed by t test.RESULTS:In the three methods,Kang Gangning could prolong incubation period of pain threshold.Large dose Kang Ganning had significantly stronger analgesic effect than aspirin( P <0 01).CONCLUSION:Kang Ganning has good analgesic effect.
