摘要
介绍了一种新的碱性镀锌载体添加剂,简述了其作用机理和选择的基本原则。运用电化学方法,测试了载体添加剂以及与主光亮剂、辅助添加剂联合在碱性镀锌溶液中的阴极极化行为和循环伏安行为。实验表明,加入载体添加剂后,主光亮剂才能有更好的光亮作用,镀液和镀层的性能得到了显著的改善。
A new carrier additive for alkaline zinc plating wa s introduced.The action mechanism and selection principles of the carrier additiv e were discussed.The cathodic polarization and cyclic voltammetry behaviors of the alkaline zinc plating solution with addition of the carrier additive alone a nd combination addition of the carrier additive with principal brightener and as sistant additive were determined.The experimental results suggested that the co mbination addition of the carrier additive with the principal brightener and ass istant additive into the alkaline zinc plating solution,remarkable improvement of not only the performances and properties of the plating solution and plating layer but also the brightening effects of the brightener could be obtained.
