摘要
对新沙水域船舶航行安全及影响通航环境的主要因素进行分析,结合新沙航行水域的实际情况,提出改善通航环境,促进船舶航行安全的对策,建立起长效的管理机制,促进新沙水域船舶的航行安全.
In this paper,analysis of the main factors of the current navigation of Xinsha waters navigation safety and environmental impact.Combined with the current Xinsha navigable waters of the actual situation,to improve the environment of navigation,ship navigation safety measures to promote and establish a long-term management mechanism to promote Xinsha waters safe navigation of ships.
