中国冬季两项运动发展现状及对策研究

Development Current Situation and Countermeasures Research on Chinese Biathlon

通过文献资料法对国冬季两项运动项目的布局、教练员和运动员的梯队、冬季两项运动的场地条件、我国冬季两项运动普及情况及科研水平现状进行研究,发现我国冬季两项运动布局不平衡,教练员和运动员梯队结构不合理,后备人才匮乏,普及情况不乐观,科研水平不高,并提出相应的解决对策。

This article researches on the layout of Chinese Biathlon,echelon of athletes,venues conditions for Biathlon sports,popularization of Chinese Biathlon sports and the scientific present situation,then we found that the layout of Chinese biathlon unbalanced,athletes echelon irrational structure,lack of reserve personnel,universal situation is not optimistic about the reserve talents go faster,and scientific research level is not high.The existence of a number of factors constrained the development of the movement of Chinese biathlon,targeted response to propose solutions.
