胆肠Roux-Y式吻合改良舌形瓣的临床应用和探讨

CLINICAL APPLICATION AND DISCUSSION OF ROUX-Y CHOLANGIOJEJUNOSTOMY WITH MODIFIED TONQUE-FORMED FLAP

为了防止胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ吻合术后肠液返流，逆行感染，在空肠横行半周吻合，并拢定向缝合的基础上，对舌形瓣加以改良，通过２８例病人的临床应用和观察，证实改良舌形瓣不仅具有横行半周吻合的优点，同时兼备舌形瓣之功能，且减少了并发症，简化了操作、抗返流效果满意，值得临床推广应用。

In order to prevent the returning of intestinal juice from wrong direction and infection after gallbladder and intestine Roux-Y anastomosis ,we improved the of hinged flash gate based on transversly semi-circumferential anastomosis by tying together and directionally sewing up in jerjunum.By way of clinical application and abservation in 28 cases,the improvement was proved to have the advantages of transversly semicircumferential anastomosis and function of gate.It will reduce the possibilities of complication,simplify operation and have satisfactory effect in choking the retuning of juice.So it is worthy for clinical application.
