我国监理现行取费的利弊分析

Analysis of advantages and disadvantages for current supervision fees

建设监理制度在我国已经得到广泛推行,但由于监理取费过于低廉,造成我国工程总体监理水平仍处于较弱水平,无法吸引高端人才加入监理队伍,行业整体素质有待提高。此文重点探讨我国现行监理取费的利弊,以此为基础对监理取费的构成和推算进行分析,指出现行取费标准偏低这一问题。从该问题入手,进一步分析由它造成的监理队伍素质较低及监理行业监理力度不够等问题,以期为监理行业的更好发展提供借鉴。

Construction supervision system in China has been widely practiced,but due to the low supervision fees which resulted in the weak level of overall construction in railway engineering,can not attract talents to join supervision team,profession overall quality should be further enhanced.This paper discussed current supervision fees,based on the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of fees for supervision and calculation,the paper figured out the problem that the current fees standard is too low.From this problem,this paper further analysed low quality of supervision team and low level of supervision profession, so as to provide reference for the better development for supervision profession.
