摘要
在机织物高速编织过程中,相邻纱线相向运动而发生频繁摩擦,致使相邻纱线上的毛羽纠缠,导致开口不清晰而形成疵点,或导致纱线断头,使织造生产效率下降;同时,因断头使制成率下降,使用原料增加,最终生产成本提高,劳动强度增大。同样,为了使织物纹路清晰,不得不采用烧毛处理,使织物单位面积的质量下降,从而实现织物最初设计的规格要求,必须使用更多的原料。故如何在毛羽产生的源头上找出原因,采取积极有利措施,是降低成纱毛羽的关键。
In the process of fast spinning, yarn may be affected by frequent friction with neighbors in the same direction, causing tangled hairiness, unsmooth opening, defects or breakages, hence more waste, high cost, low productivity, hard labor, etc.. In order to ensure clear fabric lines, singeing finish has to be adopted to reach the original design, with a poor quality on the spot and more supply of raw materials. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze some causes and find proper solutions to reduce yarn hairiness.
