提升高职高专贫困生就业竞争力的探讨

On Strengthening the Competing Force of Poor Students in Vocational College

随着高职高专院校中贫困生数量的增加,贫困生的就业问题日益引起人们的高度关注。分析影响高职高专贫困生顺利就业的社会、学校及贫困生自身存在的原因,针对贫困生就业能力不强的原因和心理问题,提出增强高职贫困生就业竞争力的若干对策和建议。

With an increase in the number of poor students in vocational colleges, increasingly attention has been attracted to the problem of poor students＇ getting employed. This paper analyzes the reasons of society, college and the poor students themselves, which impacts their successful employment. Against their low abilities in getting employed and psychological problems, it proposes some suggestions and measures to enhance their competing abilities in getting employed.
