老年精神障碍虚证92例论治

An overall analysis on the treatment of 92 cases of geratic psychonosema

目的：设想以中医理论对老年精神障碍伴有各类虚证综合征者进行辨证论治。方法：根据CCMD-2-R诊断标准，对老年精神障碍92例进行诊断（辨病），应用中医理论进行辨证。并以BPRS，GAS，SI量表评分作治疗前后自身对照，观察其疗效。结果：肾阳虚、肾用虚、肝郁脾虚及心脾两虚患者。治疗前后。存在显著差异。而肾阴阳两虚无显著差异。结论：老年精神障碍者多存在以肾虚为主或伴有牌虚的虚证。采用增强免疫功能的中药方剂，调整免疫功能平衡，能改善症状，提高疗效。

To give an overall analysis on the treatment of geratic psychonosema patients accompanied with various deficiency syndrome, according to the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Method:The 92 cases of geratic psychonosema were diagnosed with CCMD-2-R criteria and treated according to the theories BPRS,GAS and effects were observed on the scoring of BPRS,GAS and SI index table before and after therapeutic treatment (self control ). Result: 40 cases were diagnosed as insufficiency of the kidney-yang, 37 cases as deficiency of the kidney-yin and 8 cases as stagnation of the liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen or deficiency of qi and blood in the heart and spleen. Significant difference was observed on the above mentioned 85 cases before and after treatment(p<0. 01 or P<0. 001). No significant difference was observed on the other 7 cases diagnosed as deficiency of both kidney yin and yang. Conclusion: Geratic psychonosema patients are mostly accompanied with deficiency syndrome, especially in kidney and spleen. The administration of immuno-enhancing traditional Chinese medical formula can adjust the immunobalance and improve symptons so as to improve therapeutic effects.
