Through the looking back of FIFA2010 World Cup in South Africa, the reasons of drop of score rate from one World to another is carefully analyzed in this article such as match rule, many counterattack, soccer stars restriction, and more miscarriage of justice. Some suggestions for revision of soccer rules is also put forward.
