应用口腔数字成像系统诊断牙齿及牙周疾病的研究

Study on Intraoral Digital Imaging System for the Detection of Teeth and Periodontal Disease

目的：研究应用数字化成像系统检查牙齿和牙周的不同病变。材料和方法：应用国产口腔数字成像系统检查３４７颗牙齿的牙体和牙周病变。结果：口腔数字成像系统操作简便，放射剂量明显减少，获得的不同牙位和各种病变的图像质量基本优良，但影像覆盖范围小于常规Ｘ线牙片。结论：应用口腔数字成像系统可以满足临床诊断要求。

Purpose: To understand the application of digital imaging for intraoral radiography and to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of different lesion. Materials and Methods: Three hundred and forty-seven teehth lesions including caries and periodontal diseases were trested using the digital imaging system. Results: Operating of the digital imaging system was simple and easy.Radiation dose was reduced markedly for diagnostic test.Satisfactory images were obtained in different teeth and various diagnostic tasks.Covering area of the image coming from the digital imaging system was smaller than that of conventional intraoral films. Conclusion: The image qualities were good and meet completely the needs of clinical diagnosis.
