摘要 20世纪80年代以来，在美国日益重视教育绩效并鼓励建立绩效工资制度的背景下．中小学领域中增值评估的评价方法日益凸显。目前，其使用范畴已涵盖绩效评价、绩效工资核算、教师专业发展、职前教师培养、教师从教资格与等级认证等方面。
