喜炎平联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiyanping Injection Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on 50 Children with Diarrhea

目的：探讨喜炎平联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2008-02~2010-02腹泻患儿99例,将以上患儿随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。根据脱水情况,两组患儿给予口服或者静脉补液;纠正酸碱平衡和电解质紊乱,在以上治疗基础上,观察组患儿给予喜炎平注射液;同时给予蒙脱石散治疗。3d为1个疗程。对照组给予利巴韦林注射液,3d为1个疗程。结果：观察组总有效与对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：喜炎平联合蒙脱石散能够显著改善腹泻患儿临床症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of xi yan ping injection combined with montmorillonite powder on child diarrhea.Methods：99 children with diarrhea were selectd from February,2008 to February,2010.and they were divided into two groups,observation group and control group.Fluid infusion by oral administration or vein was done for two groups,acid –base balance and electrolyte disorder was was rectified.on the base of the routine treatment,xi yan ping injection combined with montmorillonite powder was used to observation group,the course was 3 days.And on the base of routine treatment,ribavirin injection was used to control group,the course was 3 days.Results：The total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Xi yan ping injection combined with montmorillonite powder can improve the clinical symptoms,and the clinical efficacy is significant,the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
