舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘72例临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察舒利迭治疗成人支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我院2008-05~2010-05收治的72例支气管哮喘病人随机分成观察组和对照组两组。观察组给予舒利迭吸入治疗;对照组给予单纯以糖皮质激素吸入,使用必可酮治疗。结果:观察组显效23例,好转12例,总有效率达97.2%;对照组显效14例,好转13例,总有效率为75%。两组相比有明显统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著,副反应小,是一种治疗哮喘的理想药物。
