放射性脑病球麻痹患者饮食掌握的现状及护理

The Diet-management Situation of the Radiation Encephalopathy Patients with Bulbar Palsy and the Importance of Related nursing

目的：探讨饮食方面的护理对策能帮助放射性脑病球麻痹患者减少误吸、肺炎的发生及满足机体需要量。方法：对2009-04～2010-04本病区60例放射性脑病球麻痹患者有关饮食方面的掌握情况进行调查,并给予相应的护理对策。结果：54例患者基本满足机体需要量,3例患者误吸后出现严重肺部感染,1例出现误吸后窒息,5例患者停留胃管鼻饲。结论：通过饮食方面的护理对策能帮助放射性脑病球麻痹患者减少误吸、肺炎的发生及满足机体需要量,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of diet-concerning nursing for radiation encephalopathy patients suffered from bulbar palsy on reducing aspiration,pneumonia and meeting the energy requirement.Methods：We studied the diet-management situation of 60 radiation encephalopathy patients with bulbar palsy who were hospitalized in the department of Neurology in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from April,2009 to April,2000.Besides,they were also treated with specific nursing strategies.Results：Among all the patients,54 were given the appropriate diet to match the energy requirement,3 suffered from severe pulmonary infection after aspiration and one suffocated,there were five patients needed to go through nasogastric feeding.Conclusions：The specific nursing for diet may help radiation encephalopathy patients with bulbar palsy reduce the possibilities of aspiration,pneumonia and fulfilling energy requirement,in order to improving their quality of life.
