介入治疗瘢痕子宫引产后出血的护理

Nursing of Postpartum Hemorrhage Treated with Interventional Embolotherapy on Cicatricle Uterus after Induced Abortion

目的:探讨介入栓塞治疗瘢痕子宫引产后出血患者的护理。方法:对15例瘢痕子宫引产后出血患者应用介入栓塞治疗,术前做好心理护理,完善术前准备,积极纠正休克,术后加强观察护理,预防并发症的发生。结果:15例瘢痕子宫引产后出血患者,14例介入治疗成功,无并发症发生。1例介入治疗失败,改为子宫切除手术。结论:瘢痕子宫引产后出血行介入栓塞治疗是治疗产后出血的有效方法,但严密的病情观察、合理有效的护理是介入栓塞治疗产后出血成功的一个重要保证。

Objective：To explore nursing of postpartum hemorrhage treated with interventional embolotherapy on cicatricle uterus after induced abortion.Methods：15 patients with cicatricle uterus complicated with postpartum hemorrhage after induced abortion.Interventional embolotherapy was performed immediately.Pre-operative preparation and mental nursing accompanied with positive countershock was practiced.Post-operative monitoring and nursing was strengthen for prevention of complications.Results：Of 15 patients,14 patients succeeded for interventional embolotherapy with no complications.1 patients failed and alter with abdominal hysterectomy.Conclusions：Interventional embolotherapy is effective method for patients with postpartum hemorrhage after induced abortion.Intense monitoring of patients and effective nursing is also necessary.
