游泳训练对单纯性肥胖大鼠肌肉脂蛋白脂酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Swimming Training on Activity of Muscle Lipoprotein Lipase in Simple Obese Rats

摘要 目前肥胖已成为全世界瞩目的健康问题之一,关于肥胖相关机制的研究也很多,引起国内外众多研究者的关注。通过游泳训练,观察运动对单纯性肥胖大鼠肌肉脂蛋白脂酶(MLPL)的影响,进而从肌肉脂肪利用角度探讨运动减肥机制。研究结果显示游泳训练能明显改善肥胖大鼠的低MLPL活性和低肌肉甘油三酯(MTG)水平,提高其肌肉脂肪供能能力,减少了TG在脂肪细胞的贮存。 Obesity now has become the world attention to health problems.there're many research on the mechanism of obesity-related,which aroused the concern of many researchers at home and abroad.In this paper,we observed the effect of exercise on muscle lipoprotein lipase in simple obese rats through swimming training,and discussed the mechanism of losing weight by exercise on point of the using of muscle fat.The results showed that swimming training can improve the low MLPL and low MTG of obese rats significantly,which improved ability of utilizing adipose tissue in muscle,and reduced the stockpile of TG in adipose tissue.
