高等学校体育教师专业发展的现状分析——以北京市教育部15所直属高校为例

Research on the Status Quo of the Physical Education Teachers' Profession Development in the Higher Education Institutes——A Case Study of 15 Beijing Higher Education Institutes directly under the Ministry of Education

现阶段加强高校教师专业发展及其研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对在京教育部直属高等学校体育教师专业发展现状进行了研究分析,以期为北京及全国普通高校体育教师专业发展提供一定的理论与现实参考依据。

Presently,it is theoretically and practically significant to enhance the professional quality development of teachers of higher education institutes and strengthen relative research.By the method of documentation investigation,mathematical statistic and logical analysis,the author explores the status quo of P.E teacher＇s profession in Beijing＇s universities and colleges under the direct administration of the ministry of education,so as to provide certain theoretical and practical references for the professional development of P.E teachers of HEIs in Beijing and around China.
