竞赛组织和裁判技能是民族传统体育专业本科学生应具备的重要的基本技能,本研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,构建了民族传统体育专业本科学生竞赛组织和裁判技能及其评价指标体系。研究表明:民族传统体育专业竞赛组织和裁判技能指标体系的建立应遵循科学性原则、导向性原则、针对性和实用性原则;民族传统体育专业竞赛组织和裁判技能是由筹备技能、场裁技能、边裁技能、编排技能、检录技能以及记录计时技能共同构成的相对独立的完整系统;并在此基础上建立了相应的评价标准。

The skills of competition organizations and referees is the most demanding ability for traditional sports majors in colleges and universities.Using the research methods of documents,expert interview,etc,this essay discusses about the constructing and evaluating norm of competition organizations and referees skills of traditional sports majors.The result of the study shows：The construction of traditional competition organizations and referees ability evaluation system should abide by the principle of scientific,guiding,specific,and practical.Traditional sports competition organizations and referees ability is a comparatively independent system with preparation skills,referee skills on the Leitai,referee skills beside the Leitai,choreography skills,checking skills,record and timing skills.
