摘要
目的:探讨不同参数磁处理对白酒粘度的影响。方法:用奥氏粘度计测定经不同参数磁处理白酒的粘度。结果:在特定磁场强度作用下,以不同流速及磁程处理白酒后,其粘度均降低,其中以流速300ml/s磁处理者较之以流速150ml/s磁处理者显著;磁程3m磁处理者较之磁程6m磁处理者显著。结论:以流速300ml/s、磁程3m磁处理白酒,在对其粘度影响方面,为较合理的磁处理参数。
Objective:To determine the viscosity of the spirits treated by magnetic process of different parameters.Method:Ubbohdes viscosimeter was used to examine the spirits treated by magnetic process to determine its viscosity.Results:There is a drop in the viscosity of the spirits treated by different velocities of flow and distances of magnetization under the action of certain magnetic field.The viscosity of the spirits treated with velocity of flow of 300ml/s drops is more remarkably than that with 150ml/s amd the viscosity of the spirits treated by the distance of magnetization of 3m drops is more markedly than that with 6m.Conclusion:More reasonable magnetic treatment parameters can exert an effect on the viscosity of the spirits while it is treated with the velocity of flow of 300ml/s and the distance of 3m magnetiztion.
