重复式地层测试器RFT配接KSKS05便携式测井系统

摘要 重复式地层测试器配接KSKS05便携式测井系统的关键是对信号通道进行合理分配。压力信号采用脉冲方式输入,再通过软件解析的方法分离出各个压力位,其它辅助信号则全部采用模拟方式进行输入输出。建立刻度库时,需设置一个模拟通道用作虚拟温度输入,并在服务表中添加个、十、百、千四条占位曲线。温度校正算法采用线性插值法。测井时,需先加栽压力温度校正图板,再记录压力曲线。 To distribute signal channel rationally is important to combine Repeat Formation Tester with KSKS05 portable logging system successfully.The pressure signal from RFT is transmitted to KSKS05 using pulse way,and pressure bit is analyzed and separated by software,the other auxiliary signals are all transmitted using analog way.When creating new calibration library,one analog channel must be used for virtual temperature.Corresponding with that,the four occupying curves named one,ten,hundred and thousand bit must be appended to service table.The linear inserting computation is adopted as the computation to rectify pressure offset caused by temperature.When logging,the chart board of pressure -temperature rectification must be loaded firstly before recording pressure curves.
