Determination of Boron in Human Hair withPolarographic Adsorptive Complex Wave

目的：探讨在ｐＨ４．４乙酸－乙酸钠－ＥＤＴＡ－铍试剂Ⅲ底液中用极谱配合物吸附波测定人发中硼。方法：极谱法。结果：线性范围为３．７×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１．８×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，变异系数为５．５％～７．４％，样品加标回收率为９２．８％～９８．０％。结论：本法简便快速，灵敏度高，选择性好。

Objective:To study determiation of boron in human hair with polarographic complex wave in the solution of pH4.4 acetic acid-sodium acetate-EDTA-beryllon .Method:Polarograph.Results:Linear range is 3.710-7mol/L1.810-5mol/L,coefficient of variation is 5.5%7.4%,sample added recovery is 92.8%98.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,with high senitivity and ideal selectivity.
