摘要 为了减小低通宽带滤波器引起的负载端谐波电压畸变,提高负载整流侧直流电压,减小换向重叠角度,保证整流负载稳定工作,提出了宽带滤波器的优化设计方法。分析了串联电抗器对换向过程的影响,提出了宽带滤波器谐波抑制效果与负载波形畸变之间存在的问题,在宽带滤波器中引入了吸收回路并且对滤波器参数设计方法进行了改进,达到了减小负载端波形畸变的目的。将该设计方法应用于工程实际中,解决了负载功率降低等问题。实验结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性。 To decrease the harmonic distortion cased by low-pass broadband filter at the load side,improve DC voltage of rectifier,decrease the DC-side commutation overlap angle,an improved method of designing wideband filter is put forward.Firstly,the influences of the reactor to commutation process are analyzed,and the contradiction between harmonic suppression effect and harmonic distortion at the load side is recognized.Then the design methods of the filter are optimized,and a snubber circuit is introduced into the filter, with the purpose of reducing waveform distortion at the load said.The design method is applied in project practice with problems such as reducing load power.The feasibility of the method is proved by practical applications.
