摘要
基于电流控制远距离传输思想,针对PEMFC电池组的性能参数多、监测实时性要求高等特点,提出了一种单片机与PC机交互通信的性能监测系统设计方案。系统由MSP430单片机及其外围电路为前端核心部件,辅以信号调理电路、LCD液晶显示电路等部分组成,利用UART接口将自制的数据采集系统与Matlab开发环境紧密结合起来。通过实验测试,表明该系统测量工作可靠,有良好的测量精度和灵敏度,达到了实时精确多参数采样的要求。
Based on the current-transfer technology,a performance monitor system based on the communication between single-chip microcomputer and PC was brought out,which was aimed at meeting with the PEMFCs’ characteristics such as multi-performance parameters and high real-time sampling.Microchip MSP430 was the primary element of the system,with combination of signal modulating and LCD display circuit.Self-designed DAQ and Matlab development environment were integrated by UART port.Experiment tests prove that the system can work reliably with good accuracy and sensitivity,and meet requirements for accurate multi-parameters sampling.
