摘要以跨理论模型作为研究大学生体育锻炼行为的理论工具,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对2010年亚运会对广州大学生体育认知、体育行为、体育效能、决策平衡的影响进行调查分析。最后提出不同阶段大学生体育锻炼具体方案措施。 This article uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistic to investigate and analyze the influence of the 2010 Asian Games on physical training of Guangzhou student.It puts forward some physical training plans for students in different stages.
