摘要
针对滑膛身管特殊测量环境,设计了一种新型的高精度火炮身管内径自动化检测系统。系统本体结构实现了模块化设计,采用电感式位移传感器和激光测距传感器作为测量器件,在专门设计的传动机构的带动下,对火炮身管内膛直径进行自动化测量。同时,设计了一套测试软件,在该软件的支持下,可以准确地测量身管任意截面内径尺寸的变化,并实现了数据快速实时处理和显示输出。
Aiming at the special measurement environment of the barrel inner diameter,a new type of high-precision automatic detection system is designed. For body architecture the modular system design is used, and inductive displacement sensors and laser ranging sensors are used as the measuring devices. In the specially designed transmission system driven,the automated measurement of the gun barrel inner diameter is carried out. A set of test software is designed. Under the support of the software, it can measure accurately the barrel diameter size changes of any arbitrary cross-section,and achieve rapidly real-time data processing and display output.
