摘要
高职院校的毕业生在就业过程中存在不少认知偏差,如理想高于现实、职业角色定位失准、对社会认识不足导致人际关系危机、挫折心理等。从元认知与自我认知、情绪调控、人际关系以及学习的关系等不同视角来分析出现这些偏差的原因,并提出切实的解决方法,将会在一定程度上改善高职院校学生的就业状况。
During the course of getting employment,the students in senior vocational colleges have many misunderstandings in cognition,including: ideal above reality,errors in the location of vocational roles,crisis in inter-personal relationship caused by insufficient knowledge about the society,frustration psychology,and so on.We should analyze the reasons for the misunderstandings by dealing with the relationships between meta-cognition,self-cognition,emotion control,interpersonal relationship,and study,and put forward practical solutions,which will be helpful,to a certain extent,to improve the current employment situation for students in senior vocational colleges.
