货物列车途中检查工作是铁路列车安全的重要保证,徐州北站通过加强货检队伍建设,规范专业管理;发挥设备效能,提高货运检查质量;加强职工教育,提高货检人员素质;创新工作方法,更新管理理念等措施,不断提升货检管理工作水平,促进列车行车安全。

Examination works of freight car during operation is an important guarantee of railway train safety,this paper introduces Xuzhou North Station standardized special management by strengthening freight examination team; increased quality of freight traffic examination by exerting equipment efficiency; increased performance of freight examination personnel by enhancing staff education; and renovated management concept by innovating work method. All of these measures continuously increase the level of freight examination and management works and promote the train operation safety.
