摘要
一定量的醋酸可使Ce3+-MnO4-无铬钝化液的pH较长时间维持在2.2左右,同时不降低成膜质量。硼酸浓度为3.0 mmol/L时,可维持钝化液在近一个月内不析出沉淀。将两者以n(醋酸):n(硼酸)=1:26混合加入时,钝化液的稳定性大幅提高。
The pH of chromium-free Ce3+-MnO4- passivation solution can be maintained at about 2.2 for a long time by using acetic acid without reducing the film quality.No precipitate will come out from the solution within about a month when the concentration of boric acid is 3.0 mmol/L.The stability of the passivation solution is greatly improved when the molar ratio of CH3COOH to H3BO3 is 1:26.
