反渗透在电镀工艺和废水处理应用上的局限性

Limitation of reverse osmosis in electroplating and wastewater treatment applications

Some membrane separation techniques such as microfiltration,ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and electrodialysis were introduced briefly.The requirement of reverse osmosis membrane and the factors affecting its service life were analyzed emphatically.The configuration of reverse osmosis system for wastewater treatment was discussed.It is pointed out that reverse osmosis only rejects and concentrates the limited pollutants in wastewater,and the concentrated effluent needs secondary treatment such as chemical treatment process.The application of reverse osmosis is limited and should be under certain conditions.
