2×4技术矫治成人牙周病前牙扇形排列的初步临床研究

Primary clinical study of 2×4 appliance in the treatment of periodontitis and labial displacement of incisors

目的总结运用2×4矫治技术对成人牙周病前牙扇形排列患者的正畸治疗过程及疗效。方法临床矫治l0例成人牙周病前牙扇形排列患者,年龄22-54岁,在牙周基础治疗控制牙周炎症的基础上,使用2×4矫治技术进行矫治。结果疗效明显,治疗后牙列整齐、咬合良好,牙周状况明显改善,一定程度上保留了松动牙,使患者在面部美观和口腔功能上得到改善。结论采用2×4矫治技术,可以在尽量不影响牙周健康和美观的情况下,使患者的畸形得到矫正;正畸治疗成功又促进牙周状况的改善,也是牙周综合治疗的一个重要部分。

Objective To Summarize the orthodontic treatment process and effect of adult patients with periodontitis and fan-shaped alignment of incisors.Methods 10 subjects ranged from 22 to 45 years old with periodontitis and fan-shaped alignment of incisors were included.2×4 appliance were applied to their anterior teeth after initial periodontal disease under contro1.Results The effects were pretty nice;the dentition was well aligned;the occlusal relationship matched well;the periodontal condition was obviously improved.To a certain degree,agomphiasis was reserved.Both outlook and oral function were well improved.Conclusion 2×4 appliance could correct malocclusion with least negative influence on the periodontal condition.Meanwhile successful orthodontic treatment is an important and helpful part of the comprehensive treatment for adult periodontitis.
